SZLH350 Feed Pellet Machine
Feed pellet machine is suitable for processing various kinds of solid grain into small feed pellets for poultry like chicken, duck, geese, quail and livestock including cattle, cow, rabbit, pig, etc.
The raw materials are easy to obtain, like corn, maize, wheat bran, rice, beans, etc.
working principle：
Through feeder, the feed ingredients enter into conditioner and are mixed with hot-steam in the conditioner, then they go into the pelletizing chamber through blanking taper slot. By scraper the powder material enters into the pelletizing zone. And then the material will be pressed by ring die and rollers into pellets. The pellets are discharged from the die holes and cut into the requested size by the cutter.

1. Gear directly-connecting driving mode is adopted for high efficiency.
2. 304 Full stainless steel feeder & conditioner ; variable pitch anti-bridging structure; Imported FC control.
4. Main gear and pinion shaft adopt the carbonizing quenching with high accuracy; smooth driving for long service life with low noise.
5. Gearbox and driving holes’ accuracy are guaranteed by specialized casting supplier and NCC2.
6. 2 pc quick disassembling type precisely-cast die clamp is adopted to connect the die and quill flange, resulting in convenient and quick disassembling of die.
7. Pellet chamber door and feed chute are fully made of stainless steel with high anti-corrosion ability.
8. The connection between motor and gearbox adopts new type S-shape spring coupling with more convenient disassembling and assembling and more reliable use.
